AGING WELL TOGETHER

Aging Well Together provides over 300 older adults with Case Management Services, over 10,000 telephone callers with information and referral services, 35 seniors with Alzheimer’s respite care through our Adult Day Respite program and over 42,000 meals for seniors in need of nutritional services through our Home Delivered Meal and our Café 211.

As part of a larger network of care, Petaluma People Services Center collaborates closely with organizations to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care, support, and access to resources.

Our Programs


Case Management

This program provides assistance to older adults who are unable to manage daily living tasks, and helps them maintain the highest level of functioning possible.

Counseling

Counselors at PPSC are a group of diverse and skilled therapists offering compassionate and accessible psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families.

FallProof!

The national award-winning FallProof™ Balance and Mobility program utilizes a multidimensional approach to the assessment and treatment of balance-related problems.

iRide

This volunteer-powered program provides older adults with rides to important medical appointments, grocery store shopping trips and more.

PEARLS

PEARLS offers evidence-based depression treatment program designed specifically for older adults suffering from depression, social isolation or loneliness.

Walking School Bus

This collaborative effort aims at fostering intergenerational connections while ensuring the safe passage of young students to McKinley Elementary School

You Are Not Alone

The You Are Not Alone program allows older adults who are feeling lonely or anxious to sign up to receive a daily call from a friendly, trained volunteer.
