As an extension of Petaluma People Services Center, PPSC’s Rohnert Park office brings trusted support closer to home. Currently, our Community Navigator helps individuals and families connect to essential services and navigate available community resources.
We also have an onsite Health Care Options (Medi-Cal) customer service agent who can help with enrollment.
