As an extension of Petaluma People Services Center, serving our community for more than 50 years, PPSC’s Rohnert Park office brings trusted support closer to home. Currently, our Community Navigator helps individuals and families connect to essential services and navigate available community resources. We also have an onsite Medi-Cal Health Care customer service agent who can help answer questions or complete applications.

As needs continue to grow, we are committed to expanding our presence and services in Rohnert Park, reducing barriers, strengthening access, and meeting people where they are.
