SAFE Team - Crisis Intervention Specialist
Under direction, the SAFE Crisis Intervention Specialist provides community-based crisis intervention services for children and adult populations with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses on mobile crisis and mobile evaluation teams which includes direct client contact in the community, partnering with law enforcement, crisis intervention, field clinical assessments, outreach services, and other related duties as assigned. As part of this 24 hour, 365 days a year program, the SAFE Crisis
Under direction, the SAFE Medic provides community-based crisis intervention services for children and adult populations with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses on mobile crisis and mobile evaluation teams which includes direct client contact in the community, partnering with law enforcement, crisis intervention, field clinical assessments, outreach services, and other related duties as assigned. As part of this 24 hour, 365 days a year program, the SAFE Medic will be partnered with a PPSC Crisis Intervention team member and respond to dispatched calls, and also patrol during the shift. The SAFE team deals with a wide range of mental health-related crises, including conflict resolution, welfare checks, substance abuse, suicide threats, and more, relying on trauma-informed de-escalation and harm reduction techniques.

Counseling Clinic - Therapist
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to work under general supervision of the Director of PEACE, to provide clinical supervision to trainees/interns/licensed clinicians; assist with development of training and new programs; performs general administrative functions, and assumes duties of department director in absence of incumbent.
Counseling Clinic - Clinical Supervisor
This is a case management, outreach, and direct service position funded by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The purpose of this position is to provide youth and young adults ages 16-24 with the education, training, work experience, and supports necessary to gain and retain permanent employment on their chosen career pathway.
RYSE - Career and Education Specialist
Help to maintain the smooth operation of the organization by providing comprehensive administrative support. This role involves handling a range of tasks, such as assisting in preparing documents, reports, and presentations. This position includes assisting with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases, ensuring that information is accurate and accessible. Manages Navigators at both Petaluma and Rohnert Park offices.
PPSC - Senior Executive Manager
Overview
Strategic Planning and Leadership: Developing and implementing strategic plans, setting organizational goals, and providing leadership direction in collaboration with the Board and Directors.
Financial Management: Managing the budget, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring the organization's financial sustainability and adherence to local, state, and federal requirements. Providing transparency to the Board and Staff alike on all matters of financial reporting and promotion of fiscal responsibility agency-wide.
Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring programs run smoothly, and maintaining quality standards.
Fundraising and Development: Leading fundraising efforts, building relationships with donors, and securing financial resources. Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy including major donor cultivation, annual giving, capital campaigns, grant acquisition, and donor stewardship.
Board Relations: Collaborating with the board of directors, reporting on organizational performance, and implementing board-directed policies. Provide regular reporting and transparency to the Board on all significant financial and administrative matters.
Staff Management: Recruiting, managing, and developing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
External Relations: Representing the organization in the community, building partnerships, and advocating for its mission.
