Caregiver Support Group
Caring for a loved one can be deeply meaningful and deeply demanding. PPSC’s Caregiver Support Group offers a safe, welcoming space where caregivers can share experiences, find understanding, and receive emotional support from others who truly understand the journey.
Facilitated by two qualified professional therapists, this in-person group is designed to ensure participants feel heard, respected, and supported. With empathy, sensitivity, and clinical expertise guiding each session, caregivers can show up just as they are without judgement or expectation.
Who is caring for the Caregiver?
If you are supporting a loved one and feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or isolated, you are not alone. Caregiving can take a toll, and caring for yourself is not a luxury, it’s essential.
Through PPSC’s Caregiver Support Group, participants will:
Connect with others who are also caring for loved ones
Learn practical strategies for self-care and stress management
Build tools to prevent burnout and maintain emotional well-being

When: Every Tuesday of the month
Time: 1:00pm – 2:15pm

Partnership & Funding
Caregiver Support is a service provided by Petaluma People Services Center in partnership with Redwood Caregivers Resource Center through a grant provided by the Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging.
