RESOURCES FOR YOUTH SUCCESS AND EMPLOYMENT
The PPSC RYSE program supports youth, ages 16-24, in obtaining long term, sustainable employment. Youth work with a Career and Education Specialist through an individualized plan to gain the necessary experience and skills needed for employment in the field of their choice. PPSC RYSE program is federally funded and youth need to meet certain eligibility requirements in order to qualify. PPSC RYSE services are free to eligible, enrolled youth and made possible by the Sonoma County Human Services Department.

ARE CAREER SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR IN SCHOOL YOUTH?
At this time, youth who are enrolled in school AND have an IEP/504 Plan/documented disability, may enroll for career services. To learn more, please click here. Please note: funding for the in school youth career services will end December 2026.
