Because…Someone You Know Missed a Meal Today

We are thrilled to announce the start of this year’s 1,000 Petaluma Bowls event! Now in its ninth year, this beloved annual tradition brings our community together to create, donate, and celebrate—all while supporting those in need.

Why 1,000 Petaluma Bowls?
This event is more than just a pottery fundraiser; it’s a powerful way to address hunger in our community. Each handcrafted bowl represents a commitment to ensuring that no one in Petaluma goes hungry. All proceeds from the event directly support PPSC’s programs, including our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides nutritious meals and daily check-ins to our most vulnerable residents.

How You Can Get Involved:
There are many ways to participate in this year’s event! Whether you’re interested in hosting a bowl painting party, purchasing a bowl, or simply spreading the word, your involvement will make a difference. To host a painting party, simply fill out our online form, and we’ll work with you to confirm the details.

Save the Date:
Mark your calendars for Friday, November 29th. Join us for an evening of delicious soup, live entertainment, and the chance to purchase one-of-a-kind bowls created by community members and local artists. Each bowl sold will help us continue our mission to support Petaluma’s food-insecure residents.

We’re excited to see what this year’s event will bring and hope you’ll join us in making it our most successful yet!
