Sonoma County's Master Plan for Aging Adopted

We’re excited to announce that the Sonoma Master Plan for Aging has officially been adopted by the Board of Supervisors as of September 10th!

This comprehensive plan is set to address the diverse needs of Sonoma’s aging population, ensuring that everyone can age with dignity, access essential services, and remain connected to the community.
