This is one of our longest running programs and serves as one-time only assistance. It is often used to help low-income families and individuals as part of their deposit to get into housing or it can be used as emergency housing assistance.

Example: Often this program is it is used when there has been a car accident in the household and the applicant has to use limited household income to replace the car. We step in to provide rental and/or utility assistance for that month.

Requirements: To qualify for this program the applicant needs to show proof of income.
