Keep our Youngstown Senior Mobile Home Park residents in their home

Again, the people of Youngstown Senior Mobile Home Park are at risk of a rent increase that could force them out of their homes. An arbitration date has been set for mid-October.

For many of the residents in this 102-unit neighborhood, built in 1978, this rent increase may force them into homelessness, since they will be unable to pay the this new monthly rate and will nowhere else to go, given the extremely limited affordable options in the city and county.

PPSC’s Fair Housing Program is providing the assistance in the arbitration proceeding by raising the money for legal services and expert witnesses.

You can give online through HERE or mail a check to Petaluma People Services Center 1500 Petaluma Blvd S, Petaluma 94952. In the memo of the check, identify as Youngstown. (This donation is tax deductible)
