Petaluma Bounty - Community Gardens Coordinator PT
As Community Gardens Coordinator you will represent Petaluma Bounty with neighborhood groups, schools, local government and other institutions; provide support for existing community gardens and facilitate the creation of new gardens; and convene groups to support and promote community gardens.
The Ambassador/Associate serves two roles that support this mission:
70% Farmers Market Ambassador supporting the distribution and tracking of nutrition incentives, educating community members on important initiatives and working with Bounty team to expand the access to and inclusivity of farmers markets.
30% Nutrition Incentive Associate providing administrative support to nutrition incentive programs, including fulfilling invoicing and detailed reporting requirements, engaging with market staff, and providing a vision to improve existing initiatives in alignment with Bounty’s guiding principles.

Petaluma Bounty - Farmers’ Market Ambassador Coordinator FT
The Farmers’ Market Ambassador Coordinator is an essential position that assists in the implementation of goals and objectives within the FMPP grant. The FM Ambassador Coordinator will develop curriculum, refine position description, help recruit and hire, train, and supervise 4-5 Farmers’ Market Ambassadors (FM Ambassadors) to work in collaboration with four farmers’ market organizations who are Petaluma Bounty’s partners in the Farmers Market L.I.F.E. (Local Incentive for Food and Economy). FM L.I.F.E is a Market Match program created to improve the health of our community and enhance the financial viability of farmers by expanding access to affordable, locally grown food for CalFresh users.
Under direction, the SAFE Crisis Intervention Specialist provides community-based crisis intervention services for children and adult populations with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses on mobile crisis and mobile evaluation teams which includes direct client contact in the community, partnering with law enforcement, crisis intervention, field clinical assessments, outreach services, and other related duties as assigned. SAFE Team - Crisis Intervention Specialist
Under direction, the SAFE Medic provides community-based crisis intervention services for children and adult populations with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses on mobile crisis and mobile evaluation teams which includes direct client contact in the community, partnering with law enforcement, crisis intervention, field clinical assessments, outreach services, and other related duties as assigned. As part of this 24 hour, 365 days a year program, the SAFE Medic will be partnered with a PPSC Crisis Intervention team member and respond to dispatched calls, and also patrol during the shift. The SAFE team deals with a wide range of mental health-related crises, including conflict resolution, welfare checks, substance abuse, suicide threats, and more, relying on trauma-informed de-escalation and harm reduction techniques.

Petaluma Bounty - Education & Engagement Coordinator PT
The Education & Engagement Coordinator position is central to Petaluma Bounty’s operation and growth, reports to the Program Director, works alongside the Farm Manager, and works hand-in-hand with the Nutrition Incentive & Communications Coordinator. The Education & Engagement Coordinator works with a diverse array of stakeholders including local non-profits, public institutions, health clinics, coalitions, and schools alongside low-income community members to develop cross-sector solutions and initiatives to implement Petaluma Bounty’s mission.

Bounty Farm Education & Community Gardens Coordinator Full Job Description
This is a case management, outreach, and direct service position funded by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The purpose of this position is to provide youth and young adults ages 16-24 with the education, training, work experience, and supports necessary to gain and retain permanent employment on their chosen career pathway.
