Adult Day Care

adult day care The Adult Day & Respite Program is an activity program for frail elders aged 60 yrs. and older to help them stay independent in their homes as long as possible. This structured program, in a secure facility is an adult day care program, licensed under the State Department of Social Services, (License #490104577). Services include client assessment, nutritional screening and case management if needed. Activities include current events, exercises, entertainment, field trips and hot lunches.

SRJC’s Involved Elder -Continuing Education; nutritional information; current events; outings; community speakers; arts & crafts, entertainment and socialization
