As the holiday season approaches, we have a unique opportunity to come together as a united community to spread joy and happiness throughout our city. I am writing to extend an invitation for your Agency to participate in a city-wide Toy Drive initiative that aims to bring smiles to the faces of children in need. For years, Christmas Cheer has been in our community for several years, last year it became a program of PPSC. This year we are expanding it to work with our community partners to have a coordinated effort to eliminate duplication and reach more children in our community.
The idea behind this collaborative effort is to harness the collective power of our local Non-Profits to make a significant positive impact on our community during this festive time. By joining hands, we can amplify our charitable efforts and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children who may not have the same privileges as others.
We are asking you to partner in a couple of different ways:
- Become a partner to spread the word about the community wide Toy Drive and also share the application with families that may need to participate,
- Event Name: Sharing the Season Petaluma
- Dates of the Toy Drive : November 1st-December 12th.
- Please fill out the application below so that we can include you as one of our valuable partners when we spread the word throughout the community. Likewise, please share the information about this drive on your social media pages and with your customers.
We believe that by working together, we can achieve a more significant impact and create a heartwarming holiday experience for those in need. We are open to discussing ways in which your business can contribute, whether through toy collection, donation boxes, or any other means that align with your resources and goals.
Please let us know if your business is interested in joining Sharing the Season Petaluma. We will be more than happy to provide you with further details.

It is all about community,
