Are you interested in working outdoors this summer? Would you like to help Sonoma County youth learn valuable skills working on community farm? If so, then we have just the job for you.

Come work for Petaluma People Services Center as a Crew Leader for the Sonoma County Youth Ecology Corps (SCYEC). SCYEC is a program for young people who want to earn money while working outside and learning about the environment.

Through this program, you will supervise a crew of 8 youth (16 – 24 years old) as they gain work-readiness and transferable skills assisting in all aspects of a sustainable farm operation on the Petaluma Bounty Farm, as well as performing outdoor work in other locations. Your responsibilities include working with PPSC staff to develop a schedule and crew duties, safety training, tracking attendance and performance, working alongside crew members on the farm, and much more.
