SUPPORT GROUP FOR MOTHERS OF TEENS – six-week Art and Therapy Group

Come join our social support group! We will meet weekly, providing a safe and nurturing space to share our experiences as mom’s raising teenagers. We integrate such tools as meditation, visualization, journaling, collage, and other creative activities to gain personal insight and empowerment. (No artistic skills are required!)
Facilitated by Lissa Masters, Ph.D., ATR, a registered art therapist, holistic life coach, and ….a seasoned mom of two young adults.
Sessions begin Monday, November 5, 2018, at 7:00pm-9:00pm; Cost is $210.00 for six-week program.
